My sister was recently diagnosed with a Stage IV glioblastoma (brain tumor). She had surgery to remove the 1/2 pound tumor, but the doctor was unable to remove it all (he said he got approximately 90 percent). She is also 8 months pregnant. We are all heartbroken and would like to hear some encouraging stories, if you have any. They are going to deliver the baby within the next couple of weeks, so she can begin radiation and chemotherapy. We have all been inundated with negative news and would really like to hear some encouraging stories. Thanks so much.

im using these quotes for a book im creating, that's full of different cancer survivor stories. any quotes about strength or hope or from the bible or god will work. just really good ones that would actually work with cancer survivors/fighters.

Why are people on Y/A so damn sarcastic? (Answers: 5) (Comments: 1)

I am a breast cancer survivor and whenever i post up a question asking for breast cancer survivor stories only, and i will state that in my question that i do not want to hear stories about people who have died from the disease, they will still post these stories up anyhow just to be sarcastic. There is always some smart ass on this site. Whenever i ask a serious question about something and i ask for serious answers only, people still want to be sarcastic smart ass and post up their sarcastic remarks anyways. By Tambourine i have the right to post up a question for information anytime i damn well please. It still does not give anyone any reason to make sarcastic remarks about serious answers that i post up. I can see why a person like you would feel there is nothing wrong with being a sarcastic smart ass because you seem to be yourself since you condon that type of behavior.
