I don't know how I got it...but I've had it for at least 4-5 months now. It burns and stings sometimes here and there. Also, it will randomly start bleeding occasionally, and over the past 2 days or so it's done that quite a bit. It is sort of firm, round, but there is some "stuff" coming out of it, the stuff = sort of prickly but soft, hurts when I try to pull on it. Colour = clear, brown, tan, pink, red It hurts. :( Sometimes a LOT. :( Also...I've had a cough that's been persisting for the past 2 weeks or so...the first week I coughed a lot, then not as much, and since last friday I've been coughing a LOT.
