Ok, so the bottom of my left testicle has been a little sore lately. My being the paranoid freak that I am, examined myself to try and find any lumps. The only thing I can feel is on the bottom of the testicle, but it feels like the tube that is supposed to be there. If I move it around with my fingers, it feels very much like a tube, not a lump, yet it is a little bit sore to the touch. The sides and the top/front of the testicle feel fine, so it must just be the tube that connects to the bottom of the testicle. The thing is, is there anything that could cause that area to be sore? I do masturbate quite frequently, and I have sexual intercourse with my girlfriend once in a while. Usually though, it's only foreplay/oral, and I don't actually ejaculate. Could a build up of fluid/frequent masturbation make it sore? Do testicular cancer lumps even hurt if you touch them? Thank you.

I'm 17.Am worried about whether i have testicular cancer or not. I have had an ache when masterbating in my left testicle. This is only the last 2/3 days and when i ejaculated i felt a burning sensation in the tip of my penis. I thought i had testicular cancer two years ago but i had an ultrasound and thre was nothing there . My left testicle veins feel very bunched up or something more than the right. Any ideas?

My boyfriend has always had one testical larger than the other about 4x the size, to my understanding this is normal? doesnt bother me anyway. anyway the other day while we were being intimate i noticed that side had gone very hard. after i think he noticed my reaction and told me it had been like that for a couple of days. ive promted him to get checked and he will be tomorrow. im scared, more than im letting on. i think it could just be fluid build up but is this a sign of cancer? he has no pain so far and no lumps. hes 22. any help would be appreciated x x x x

Couple of issues that I am concerned. Recently my lower back has been aching. Thought it was due to a lower back strain. I also have a dull pain in my lower stomach area, which has been there for about 3 weeks. I am very hesitant to go to the doctors because I can't find a female doctor and I am not comfortable with a guy doctor grabbing my junk. very nervous now
